3. Prepare your home to sell.
4. Show your home.
5. Receive offers and negotiate.
6. Open escrow and oder the title.
7. Schedule an appraisal.
8. Work with the home inspection.
9. Make repairs (if needed).
10. Sign escrow documents and close.
